Register here and feel free to use our draft testimony that covers the topics we will be covering at the hearing. Also older adults that receive services from your program can participate by filling out this testimony sheet and mailing it to 49 W 45th St 7th Floor, New York, NY 10036 no later than Wednesday March 6th.

We encourage you to print out copies at your centers and mail them as a bundle.
