Self-Care Exercise: Sharing Sensory Memories with Irene Friedland, ProjectFIND Hamilton Senior Center. *No special materials are needed, but please have a new sheet of paper, a pen or pencil, and unlined paper in case you are inspired to draw or sketch something.

Tabletalk: Action Items on Aging with Brianna & Katelyn, LiveOn NY. Hear from our team about the Reframing Aging initiative, a new initiative to shift the way New Yorkers understand aging and older people, as well as share ways to get involved in reframing aging during the election.
