Vision

Transformative leadership is needed to build the resources and support to ensure that all people can meet basic human needs and overcome the obstacles of poverty and discrimination to thrive in later life. As the largest and leading aging conference in New York State, the LiveOn NY’s 35th Annual Conference on Aging is where leaders will connect, collaborate, engage, and build momentum to move the aging sector forward. Join your fellow providers, advocates, and visionaries who are leading and building communities across New York state and beyond as we work together to build a community for a more equitable New York for us all.

This year’s theme, “Building Momentum: Moving Forward Together,” will highlight motivational speakers, participate in interactive breakout sessions, and plenty of networking opportunities, encouraging participants to continue their work with renewed energy.

LiveOn NY’s Annual Conference on Aging will be a 1-day, fully in-person event that will be held on January 28th, 2025 at the New York Academy of Medicine (1216 Fifth Ave, New York, New York 10029).
