Presentation: Share The Care™: An Evidence-Informed Plan of Action to Ease the Stress and Isolation of Family Caregiving

Description: Every day more people are thrust into the role of caregiver without preparation. It often happens suddenly, putting a family in crisis, or is the result of a loved one’s aging, disability or degenerative disease. Share The Care™ is an evidence-informed model to create a "caregiving family" of friends, relatives, colleagues, and neighbors in support of a caregiver. Join us as we take a journey to learn how the Share The Care model evolved from real-life experience; gain practical tips and takeaways while hearing how and why it works; and hear about real life examples.

Speaker: Sheila Warnock, Founder & CEO, Co-author | Share The Care™
